Terms of Service

By creating an account or submitting a release through Cerutex Audio, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You keep 100% ownership of your masters. You grant Cerutex Audio a non-exclusive licence to deliver your releases to digital stores and streaming services on your behalf.

You confirm that you own or control all rights to the audio, artwork, samples and metadata you submit, including rights from any collaborators listed in your split sheet.

• You keep 70% of the royalties your releases earn.
• There are no upfront fees to distribute.
• The minimum payout is $25.
• Collaborator splits are paid according to the percentages agreed on each release.

We do not distribute content that:

• Infringes copyright, including uncleared samples or unlicensed covers.
• Uses artificial streaming, bots or any form of stream manipulation.
• Impersonates other artists or uses misleading metadata.
• Contains hateful, illegal or abusive material.

Releases breaking these rules may be rejected or removed, and royalties withheld where fraud is found.

We recommend submitting releases at least 7 days before your chosen release date so we can review and deliver them to stores on time.

You can request a takedown of any release at any time from your dashboard. Takedowns usually reach all stores within a few days. Royalties already earned remain payable to you.
